    Recitation Contest

    On December 6, we are having our class Recitation Contest. Parents, if


    you wish to stay in class to video record your child/childrens
    performance, you may do so but please know that while some children
    feel more comfortable with their parents around during the contest,
    some children may be distracted by your presence.
    Practice tips: Have your child in one room in the house and you in the
    other. Encourage him/her to use big enough volume when he/she reads
    the poem so you can hear him/her from the other room.
