Write a paragraph on each of the following: 1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this General Education class? What I learned about lifelong wellness is how to take better care of yourself and how you can apply that to your life in the future. I really enjoyed taking this for my General Education class because we only didn't do what we needed but we went beyond that and worked out our whole body from lifting weights to stretches to cardio and that is a great experience because you get to do many things that you haven't done if you have not already done it before and it's fun to do different kinds of physical activities! 2. How would you apply this information to your life? I would apply this information to my life by making sure that I have time for exercising, I feel much more better and relieved and light on myself compared to those who don't exercise they feel grumpy and always heavy minded but exercising can be a great part of your life, you just have to find the right kind of exercise that will fit your lifestyle.
3. What is your intention to continue to practice what you have learned in
your life and why? My intention is to continue what I can because I realize as I get older there are other things you have to do and sometimes you have to do those first before your health and believe it or not I have done it before it's not the best decision but as a growing adult your priorities begin to change. But how I will continue this is make time as much as I can and use time management.
4. General ideas for improving this course?
I like how this course is sometimes I believe it might be a bit long, I realize that it's only once a week so I guess it's fine, I just advise maybe have this class earlier than how it is now because I feel that 10am is where everything starts and the time where people have plans and things like that, maybe 8 or 9am, it may be earlier than 10a but at least it will get your day started.
