HLAC 1096 Lifelong Wellness Application Paper


Write a paragraph on each of the following:
1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this activity class?
I learned that it helps to track your own workouts to gauge your own
improvements. Setting goals and taking small steps towards them being able to
see how far you have come with the changes that you have made is very
important.

2. How would you apply this information to your life?


I have started keeping a journal of goals and the steps to get to them. I have also
been tracking my workouts and my meals so that I can keep things organized
and will be able to look back in the future and see how far I have come.

3. What is your intention to continue to exercise in your life and why?


I intend to continue to exercise on a regular basis because it is important for both
my mental and physical health in day to day life. I will also utilize my learned
knowledge from this class to better my overall experience in the gym and way of
life.

4. General ideas for improving this course?


Add more Assignments that involve interacting with eachother and the Instructor
through out the class. I feel like more interaction will help others enjoy the class
and keep on top of things. A more interactive session or discussion board for help

from peers as well as the professor. The professor be available to answer


questions or at least answer questions regarding to the assignments provided.
