W03 Application Activity Template: Wellness Plan

Wellness Plan
This week your task is to create a simple wellness plan to help you through the current
semester. You will be setting goals for two different areas of health from those that were
discussed in the lesson material: physical, spiritual, social and mental health. As you set
your goals this week you will be asked to set SMART goals. If needed, review this week’s
University Success Tip on goal setting.

1. What is one thing you feel you can improve in your health and wellness?

I feel I can improve my eating habits a bit more, I haven’t been anxiety eating but I
also haven’t been eating healthy anymore due to less time on my hands thanks to my work
and calling schedule.

2. What have you learned from participating in this goal setting activity?

I have learned that if there’s a specific goal, it’s way more easy to plan a way to
achieve that plan.

3. From the BYU-Idaho Self Help or Ensign College self-help websites, choose at least
one of the categories to explore further. Use the guiding questions below to write
about what you were able to learn from this activity.

That using some techniques can help us re-arrange our tangled-up schedules
and events that happen constantly through our brain an relieve stress.

future.
