Write a paragraph on each of the following:
1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this activity class?
While taing this course, Iearned that lifelong wellness is more than just weight
loss. Although weight loss can be a big part of lifelong wellness its not the only
contributer. Lifelong wellness to me is the ability to live a heathly life stye by
being active, by doing this youll improve your strength, flexibility, and overall how
you feel as a whole.

2. How would you apply this information to your life?


I apply this to my life everyday, I always exercise for at least an hour daily
because Im aware of the many benefits, it also makes me feel substantially
better compared to the days I dont workout

3. What is your intention to continue to exercise in your life and why?


I have full intention to exercise for the rest of my life, it has many health benefits,
its something I enjoy and its part of my career path.

4. General ideas for improving this course?


I have no general ideas for improving this course. Overall I thought this class was
very beneficial and informational.
