Setting up an @live.missouristate.

edu email to a customers iPhone

1. Go to the settings icon on the iPhone
2. Then select Mail, Contacts, Calendars
3. Then select Add Account if customer already has accounts in their phone if this it
the first then you will skip to the next step.
4. Select Microsoft Exchange
5. Enter the users information.
a. Email line will be the users privateid@live.missouristate.edu
(privateid) is the username that they log into my.missouristate
b. Username will be the same as the email
(privateid@live.missouristate.edu)
c. Password this is their email password not the my.missouristate password.
i. if the user doesnt remember their password use this site to reset it

1. Cams.missouristate.edu
6. Tap Next
a. Server this will be POD51000.outlook.com
i. Other option is m.outlook.com
7. Tap Next
If you have entered all the information correct it will show all check marks and then you
can back out to check the email and see if it is propagating users live.missouristate email.
Common issues
1. Username is just privateid not privateid@livemissouristate.edu
2. Users email password is incorrect
