Acknowledgement

First of all, we would like to thank to God for blessing us so that we could finish writing
this book.
Realizing that customer service need to master English in order to make good
comunication with the customer, hence the reason that why the writer make this book is to
show a practical way that can help the customer service to be easily to mastering English
especially the subject that related with their profession as a customer service.
Our special thanks to Mrs. Sri Kartini as the teacher of English for spesific purposes
lesson who always give us spirits and patiently guided us in correcting, giving valuable ideas, and
also advice for this book. Without her guidance, we would never be able to finish this book. We
also give many thanks to a number of people who helped us, which has a great deal longer until
this book was done.
We do expect that this book would be meaningful for the others. However, we realize
that this paper is far from being perfect because it was done in very limited knowledge and time,
but we try doing the best in writing this book. Therefore, any criticism and suggestion are gladly
welcomed.
