Re: Estimate for works to be carried out at the above address

FRONT LIVING ROOM

Sheet up the floor.
Remove fittings.
Sheet up openings between rooms to stop dust.
Sand down all walls in and replaster sections to suit.
Take down corner edging strip. Make level and plaster 8ft x 8ft section.
Cut corners back off skirting boards to make neat and tidy. Fill in cracks.
Fill in side of wooden fire place. Rub down and stain varnish to suit.
Fill in around new electric box and fit cornice to suit.
Replace draught excluder to door and missing curtain pole.
Paint walls.
Replace fittings.

BACK LIVING ROOM

Take down fittings.
Sheet up floor and between openings to stop dust.
Sand down walls. Fill in cracks on stairs and back room.
Fill in skirting and sand down.
Undercoat stains on walls and paint walls and skirting to suit.
Ease and adjust door that lead in to the kitchen area.
Reline new floor as out of position.
Replace fittings.
Clean up any mess etc.
