A quote for works to be carried out at the above address;

Bathroom

Take off all tiles from bathroom walls and floor and remove from site. Take down coving and ceiling and remove from site. Reboard ceiling. Plaster ceiling. Paint ceiling (x2 coats of matt emulsion). Take out bath, toilet and sink and remove from site. Take up ply from floor and remove from site. Replace with marine ply. Re-route water supply to accommodate new surface mounted thermostatic mixer valve. Replace bath with walk in shower tray (tray to be supplied by client). Connect shower tray to existing waste supply. Install new sink (sink and taps to be supplied by client). Install new WC and cistern (WC and cistern to be supplied by client). Re-route pipe work to allow for a heated towel rail to be placed on window wall. Tile all walls floor to ceiling (tiles, trim and adhesive to be supplied by client).

Grout all wall tiles (grout to be supplied by client). Connect new thermostatic mixer valve and riser rail (shower valve and riser rail to be supplied by client). Tile floor (tiles and adhesive to be supplied by client). Grout all floor tiles (grout to be supplied by client). Fix glass shower screen to window wall (shower screen to be supplied by client). Connect towel rail (towel rail to be supplied by client. Paint all wood work in bathroom (white satin wood finish). Silicone around shower tray and sink.

A quote for works to be carried out at the above address;

Kitchen Run 1.5 twin and earth cable, clipping around kitchen ceiling ready for the connection of down lighters. Drill holes in ceiling to accommodate down lighters (positioning still to be decided). Wire down lighters to pre-run cable. Connect new cable to existing cable. Insert new lamps into holders and place into ceiling.
