Supply and fixing and replacement of bathroom Tiles

5. Floor Tiles: removal and fixing of floor tiles and skirting in new and
old construction area.
Tile pattern: the tile as current if found otherwise a similar tile
pattern will be used.

6. Supply and installation of window glass with Frame in the whole

villa.

7. Supply and fixing Panel Doors with lock/handle silver colours for the
whole villa and main door polishing with 2 panels.

8. Supply and fixing of window door in store in bead room.

9. Repair supply and fixing of distribution board.

10. Electrical wiring and related electrical work in entire villa

Fixing of Electrical fillings. TV/Light/Tel etc sockets, inside & outside
lights & switches.

11. Supply and installation of AC Grills check the balance system.

Supply and replacement of the bathroom AC ducting and Grilling.

12. Adjustment or replacement of Stair Handle.

13. Paint: Complete Internal/External paint of Villa.

14. Supply & installation of wooden floor on 1st Floor area out side the
rooms leading to stair.

15. Kitchen: providing and installing the complete kitchen cabinets

washing machine, Microwave, cooking range wood sink tab granite
top or corian top on shelves above cabinets. After the approval of
designee and layout with the owner.

16. Supply and fixing of interlock around villa.

17. Cleaning of Villa: Inside and outside.

18. Water Tank cleaning / Anti Termite treatment.

Total Amount of above Job is AED 95,000/=

Payment Terms:

1. Advance - 30%
2. 25% after 15 days (after completion of tile work including bathroom, complete
electric work, fixing doors and windows.
3. 25% after 30days kitchen complete and other remaining work
4. 20% after handover

Term and Conditions:

A) This estimate is only for complete job done of entire villa including existing
extension and old area.
B) All necessary approvals/entry passes if any water and electricity supply if
required is the responsibility of client and cleaning the debris in included in
this quote.
C) The work shall commence only after approval of this quotation.
D) This quotation is valid only if confirmed within 10 days.
E) The job shall be completed within 45days from the date of approval of
quotation.
F) In case of any delay from contractor after 45 days the penalty will be 1000
AED per day.
