A Overall Common Defects

Civil Works
1 Touchup paniting works wherever required in overall building.
2 Residual of paints should be cleaned
3 Clean and Maintain edge of painting line along door/ window frames.
4 Tile and marble skirting should be well mintained
5 Polishing of the marble should be done as recommended
6 Cleaning of overall Building including aluminum doors and windows and SS Railings.
All the Doors/windows fittings such as tower bolts, handle, hooks, lock etc shall be maintained for
7 smooth operation

8 Hairline plaster Cracks on wall shall be rectify and repair all over the building wherever required.
9 Cleaning of SS Railing.
10 Proper fixing of SS Railing
Overall Building
Sanitary Works
1 All Sanitary fixtures shall be maintained for smooth operation and clean properly.
2 Cleaning of sanitary fixtures should be done properly.
3 Rectify water supply, soil waste, rainsupply pipe.

Electricals Works
1 All electrical fixtures shall be maintained for smooth operation and clean properly.
2 Cleaning of electrical fixtures prior to handing over.
3 Rectify and tightened all electrical fixtures, fittings and Changeover.

Site Development Works

1 All the ground levels should be maintained properly.
2 Grass turfing should be maintained, cleaned and repair completely.
3 Interlocking blocks should be repair and cleaned where required.
