Greetings! In connection with our earlier correspondence regarding the Renovation of

your Residence (Ground floor interior/2nd floor cabinets) in Imus Cavite, I would like to present
my cost estimate with specific work details made after thorough and meticulous costing.

Note:
• Should there be any revisions and changes from the original specs specified on the work
plan, cost differences shall be shouldered by the client
• Gate pass or any expense related to materials and supply deliveries is shouldered by the
contractor
• Should subdivision or any government permit be required, it will be provided by the
client (full assistance from application to release, if needed only)
• Furnitures and appliances are not included in the price indicated. In case you want us to
provide for the said items, additional cost will occur.
