Works included:

1. Construction of walls using any PPC of grade 43, Flyash bricks,

M.sand and plastering is done using P.sand on both sides of the walls.
2. Doors and windows will be provided as per plan.
Main door - Grill type
Bedroom door - Sal wood (upto 5000/-)
Windows - UPVC windows with safety grill
Bathroom door - PVC door (upto 2500/-)
3. Plumbing:
For plumbing works UPVC pipes will be used for concealed lines and
PVC pipes will be used for open lines.
EWC (Parryware or Hindware - upto 7000/-)
Washbasin (Parryware - upto 1200/-)
Tap (Plato or Omco brand)
Wall mixer for bathroom (Any brand upto - 4000/-)
4. Electrical:
All electrical pipes and wirings will be concealed.
Wiring (Polycab or GM brand)
Switches (Any modular switch - upto 20/-)
AC wiring and spot light points will be provided.
5. Painting:
Inner - 2 coat putty, 1 coat primer & emulsion 2 coating.
Outer - 1 coat primer, white wash & emulsion 2 coating.
6. Tiles:
Flooring tiles (upto - 55/- per sq.ft)
Bathroom tiles (upto - 30/- per sq.ft)
7. Cupboard work for bed room will be provided.
8. Showcase work for living room will be provided.
9. Metal exterior staircase will be provided as per plan.
