First we would like to thank you for giving us an opportunity to quote and
construct your dream home. We at Grandeur Homes provide you with a
wider than ever before range of Building construction and Interior Designing
Works, with a unique package of Support that truly takes the stress out of
Construction. In all our work packages we use best in class quality products
and services catered to fulfill all client requirements.
1. JDA on Area sharing Ratio of 60:40 (60% to Land lord and 40% to
Developer) on total saleable area achievable of the proposed
apartment.
2. Each existing flat owners will be allotted with nearest super built-up area
of their existing Sqft after construction.
3. Additional Sqft Allotted to landlords will be charged at Rs 8500/- per
Sqft for respective units.
4. One free covered car park will be allotted for each unit of the landlords.
5. Monthly rent of Rs 10/- per sqft will be paid to landlords according to their
existing area available with them from date of Bhoomi pooja to handover
period.
6. All statutory charges for Approval and development fees prior to
construction and charges obtaining CC post construction will be paid
by developer.
