Owner including providing and placing one no. 16 gauge 25 mm wide MS flat hoop
reinforcement at every fourth course and anchoring the same by screwing with
R.C.C members, scaffolding, curing, cutting of brick as per required, complete as
per specification and drawing or as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete of specified grade as bed concrete

centering and shuttering. . -

Providing and applying 12 to 15mm thick plaster to masonry and RCC walls,

making grooves at desired location etc. complete as per drawing.

2.0 DOORS WORKS -

2.1 Door / Window frame -
Providing, making and fixing in position selected seasoned second class teak wood
in frames of doors, windows made to size, shape and design as shown in drawing,
with mitered joints fixed with 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 400mm long embedding for
concrete blocks 300mm x 100mm x 150mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 in contract
with brick wall or by approved dash fastener in contact with RCC as directed
including making necessary grooves, chamfering etc. including applying water
proof wood primer and 2 coats of termite proof paint on concealed surfaces, polish
in desired shade of approved make and shade over a coat of approved primer as
per specification etc. complete as per detailed drawings. (all item described above
are to be included in the quoted price).

2.1.1 Second class TEAK wood with melamine polishing in desired shade as per

2.3 Flush door -
Providing and fixing phenol bonded flush door shutters of approved quality and
make non decorative type core of block board construction with internal frame of
wood and well matched 3mm commercial ply veneering with vertical grains or
cross bands including providing and fixing 4 nos. 125mm long and 3.5mm thick
stainless steel hinges, 6 mm thick wooden lipping all around, nails, screws, fabicol,
all necessary hardware and fixing arrangement and polish in desired shed of
approved make and shade over a coat of approved primer etc. complete as per
specification.(Hardware paid separately under item no. 2.6)

2.3.1 38mm thick with 1mm thick laminate in both side of the shutter of approved make &

2.9 WOOD SKIRTING
Providing and fixing second class TEAK wood skirting, bands etc. on partitions,
walls and other similar locations, including necessary B.W.P. PLY backing, nails,
screws, melamine polishing in American walnut colour etc raised from FFL as per
drg. complete as per detailed drawings (75X12 mm)

3.0 FLOORING WORKS -

3.1 Tile Flooring -
Providing and laying tile flooring of approved make, shade & make as approved,
laid over 20/12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand),
joint to be filled with siliconsealent to match the shade of tile of approved brand,
cutting of tiles as per required, making holes for light fixtures& laid as per design &
drawing approved by Engineer's Incharge for various thickness of tiles.

slurry over a bedding plaster of 6mm (avg.) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3
fine sand) including the cost of 12mm average thick rough base plaster of mix 1:3
(1 cement : 3 coarse sand), providing grooves using 1mm PVC spacers and
grouted with polymer based (acrylic) tile grouted (Bal grout) of matching shade of
tile, cutting of tiles, scaffolding, curing etc. complete in all respects as per drawing.

4.0 WALL FINISHING WORKS -

4.1 Plastic Emulsion paint -
Providing and applying three or more coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved
brand, manufacturer and shade to give a smooth finish on new plastered surfaces
over a coat of approved primer including the cost of preparing the surfaces with
filling materials (putty), along with sand papering wherever required, scaffolding
etc. complete.

Providing and applying plaster of paris (super fine quality) punning with minimum

5.0 PARTITION & PANELING -

5.1.1 G.I. and Hard wood frame in Partition & Panelling work -
a) Providing and fixing GI Frame work (gyprock - saint gobain) of 48 mm boxed studs
( 0.55 mm thick, having one flange of 34mm and another flange of 36 mm) for
vertical members and U-channels (0.55 mm thick, having equal flanges of 32 mm)
for horizontal members placed at 610 mm centre to centre both ways with joints
staggered to avoid through joints. The frame work is to be adequately anchored in
ceiling and on floor having additional framework of rough wood treated with anti-
termite and fire retardant paint for fixing storages, fire extinguishers paintings,
switch boxes, door frames, wood edge etc. complete straight & curved as per

5.1.2 Acoustic Insulation -
a) Providing & Fixing Acoustic insulation in G.I. frame partition of 50mm thick
insulwool manufactured by U.P. Twiga Ltd., or approved equivalent make of 32

by 24 gauge x 12mm GI wire netting tied to the frame etc. complete. sqm 280 -

5.2 Gypboard in Partition and Panelling work -
a) Providing and fixing 12.5mm thick (Single layer) glass fibre reinforced Gyp board

edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which
includes filling and finishing with jointing compound, paper tape and two coats of

all nails, laminated/painted grooves, wood beading etc. complete as per design

5.3.2 Tack Board -
Providing and fixing tack board made of 12mm thick cellotex board fixed with
soft wood frame work treated with anti-termite and fire retardant paint & 6mm thick
commercial ply backing covered with fabric of approved fixed to wall with screws
surrounded with wood moulding with melamine polishing etc. complete as per

5.4 Full Height Fixed Glass Partition -
Providing and fixing frame less fixed Glazing with 12mm thick clear glass of
approved make duly toughened with Aluminum 'U' Channels, backer rod, silicon
jointing, all other necessary hardwares with partition wall etc. complete as per

5.5 Low Height Fixed Glass Partition -
Providing and fixing low ht. (1200 mm high) fixed Glazing with 12mm thick clear
glass of approved make duly toughened fixed with polished Timber at bottom ,top
and on all exposed sides with silicon jointing, all other necessary hardwares with
partition wall etc. complete as per detail drawing. sqm 15 -

6.0 FALSE CEILING WORKS -
6.1 (Quoted Rates are for all heights, depths, levels, leads and lifts) -
6.1.1 MR Ply false ceiling -
Providing and fixing suspended false ceiling, which includes providing and fixing GI
perimeter channels of size 0.55mm thick having one flange of 20mm and another
flange of 30mm and a web of 27mm along with perimeter of ceiling, screw fixed
to brick wall/partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws, at 610mm centers.
The suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45mm 0.9mm thick with two
flanges of 15mm each from the soffit at 1220mm centers with ceiling angle of width
25mm x10mmx 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion
fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thickness having knurled web of 51.5mm
and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the
intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction
perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 457mm centers.

drywall screws at 230mm centers. Screw fixing is done mechanically either Finally
the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes

compound, paper tape and two coats of primer suitable for Ply board and three or
more coats of acrylic Emulsion paint etc. complete including making opening for
AC grills, light fittings, trap door, making light coves etc.

6.3 Grid Ceiling -
6.3.1 Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended
Ceiling System with FINE FISSURED (MICRO LOOK) EDGE TILES WITH
ARMSTRONG SILHOUETTE EXPOSED GRID. -
The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.55, Light
Reflectance >85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052- 0.057 w/m K, Colour White,
Fire Performance Class 0/ Class 1 (BS476 Part 6&7) in module size of 600 X 600
X 16 mm with Bio Block coating on the face of the tile, suitable for Green Building
application, with Recycled content of 63%. -

The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Silhouette profile grid system with 15mm white
flanges incorporating a 6mm central reveal in white/black colour and with a web
height of 45mm and a load carrying capacity of minimum 15.68 Kgs/M2.
Silhouette, Main Runners & Cross Tees to have mitred ends & “birdsmouth”
notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions. The T Sections have a Galvanizing
of 100 grams per M2 & passed through 500 hrs of Salt test. -
a) The Tile & Grid system used together should carry a 15 year warrantee. sqm 230 -

INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securely

fixed to the structural soffit using Armstrong suspension system (specifications
below) at 1200mm maximum centre & not more than 150mm from spliced joints.
The First/Last Armstrong suspension system at the end of each main runner
should not be greater than 600mm from the adjacent wall. -

1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre
to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require
independent support. 600 x 600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long
cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees. The 1200mm cross tees to
have central “birdsmouth” notches to facilitate fitting of 600mm cross tees.
Perimeter trim to be Armstrong shadow wall molding (dimensions: 19x7x7x14mm),
secured to walls at 450 mm maximum centres. -

ARMSTRONG SUSPENSION SYSTEM accessories manufactured and supplied

by Armstrong World Industries consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with Vertical
Hangers made of Galvanised steel of size 26 x 26 x 25 x 1.2mm with a Galvanised
Thickness of 80gsm, A pre Straightened Hanger wire of dia – 2.68 mm of 1.83 m
length., thickness of 80gsm and a tensile strength of 344-413 MPa, along with
Adjustable hook clips of 0.8mm thick, galvanised spring steel for 2.68 mm with a
minimum pull strength of 110 kg. The adjustable clip also consists of a 3.5 mm
aquiline wire to be used with the main runner. -

7.0 MISCELLANEOUS WORKS -
7.1 White board -
Providing and fixing white magnetic board of Nova display system (Nova cardinal )
on wall and fixed with all necessary arrangement as per manufacturers
specifications including 6mm thick BWP ply & melamine polished white teak wood
moulding, shelf, other stuff, shelf to be continue equal to the length of board etc.
