General Specification

Structure: - First Class bricks. RCC structural design by renowned con-

sultant.
All external walls will be 9” and internal wall will be 4.5” thick.

Wall finishing: - External surface painted with cement paint and inner
wall with
Plaster of Paris.

Flooring: - Floor by Marble tiles Stair by Tiles Marble.

Door: - All doors will be 32 mm thick commercial waterproof flush door
finished with enamel paint. Entrance Door with Decorative design and
wooden frame.

Door fitting: - S S fittings to all doors and magic eye entrance door
only.

Windows: - Two track Aluminum windows.

Toilets:- Each Flat has two Toilets. One Indian Pan and Western,
Shower rose, two taps, one C.P shop tray, one basin (18 X12 inches).One
mirror with P.V.C self will be provided in all toilets fittings. All pipe and
pipefittings with G.I (except outlet 4 inches pipe) and toilet fitting will
be C.P make. Dedo up to 6’ height with 3inches skirting. One geyser
point in attached toilet.

Kitchen:- Kitchen by Granite Tiles with raised cooking platform up to

3’ height white colour glazed tiles above cooking platform. Washing
Steel sink and 2 nos. C.P taps will be provided.

Electrical fittings: - All rooms will have concealed wiring with stand-
ard copper wire. All the rooms will consists of two light point, one fan
point and plug point. Master bedroom with AC Point and Kitchen will have
one light point, one fan point, one power point, Exhaust fan point /Mix-
ture point. One 5 Amps Point for water filter and one 5 Amps for mul-
tipurpose use. One call bell outside the main door.

Electricity: - Electricity by JUSCO and Stand by generator facility.

Water: - Uninterrupted water supply by JUSCO.
Lift: - Elevator (Passenger Lift with generator power back.)
Addition Features: - Inter –com Facilities. Security Cam connected
to all the flats
