through some experimentation
and trial and error I will continue
to move towards a management
style that is comfortable and
effective for me.

Indicators and Measures of Goal Achievement:


If I am successful in being consistent with existing classroom management routines,
students will continue to observe classroom rules and routines while I am teaching. I will
be successful in using embedded lesson plan management techniques when students
understand them clearly and I can accurately predict challenges in a particular lesson and
address them proactively in my planning.
