Read the different elements and steps of a classroom/remote management plan. Make your
own plan which you can implement in your classroom/remote teaching-learning plan. You may
request a copy of the Classroom/Remote Teaching-Learning Management Plan of your
Resource Teacher or you may search the internet for more samples/exemplars to guide you in
creating your plan.
Be guided with the guide questions for each of the elements. Follow these reminders in writing
your plan:

 State your plan positively.

 Use simple specific terms.
 Use measurable and observable behaviors.
 Convey expected behavior

MY CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT PLAN

Philosophical Statement:
I will ensure that I can establish a learning environment in which they feel at ease, at
home, and safe. In addition to serving as a learning hub, the classroom should make
each student feel special, appreciated, and respected. Concurrently, I want my
pupils to be honest and forthright with me. I want children to view their peers as
siblings or friends, so that they do not generate misunderstandings or conflicts.
Classroom Rules and Procedures
As long as they are able, have them open their camera during class; if they are
unable to do so due to unstable internet, have them open the camera whenever
participation is requested. Always check their audio, turn it off when they are not
speaking, and turn it back on if they have something to say or an opportunity to
speak. It is to prevent disruptions during class. They should locate a distraction-free
spot in their home where they can listen to the conversation in comfort. Use the
raise-button when you wish to respond or share something. Transmit the
requirements, such as the assignment, on time or earlier.
Teacher-Student Relationships
I desire that my students feel comfortable around me. When they have issues, they
feel they have someone to turn to, and they are also able to respect their teachers
and peers. They are free to treat me as if I were their mother or older sister, which
enables them to freely voice their ideas and concerns while simultaneously teaching
them how to establish boundaries between student and teacher.
Schedules and Timeframes

Time and schedule must always be adhered to.

Since we are doing a face to face class, I must ensure that the classroom is always
clean and comfortable, I also need to come early at school to prepare for my class.
Classroom Safety Rules and Procedures
I must implement safety rules which must allign to covid safety protocols, which are
always wear their facemask, wash and sanitize their hand, avoid crowded places and
maintain social distancing.
Strategies for Rewards and Consequences
I will provide rubrics and instructions for every project they do, as well as a reward
for a significant accomplishment. Discuss with them the potential consequences of
their bad behavior.

1. After reading and reviewing the classroom/remote learning management plan form different
sources and creating your own plan, answer the following questions:

 What salient components have you noted?

 Why is there a need to utilize the information to create your classroom management
plan?
 What were the significant things that you notice when you were implementing your plan?
 Were there items in your classroom/remote learning management plan which were not
tailored to the needs of your students? How will you improve on these?
2. Record your findings below

1. Salient components I have taken note of the philosophical statement, the

rules and procedures for the classroom, the relationship between the teacher
and the students, and the structure, layout, and design of the classroom.

2. The teacher should design a classroom management plan so that all

students know what is expected of them and what will happen if they do not
comply. This promotes an efficient and secure learning environment for both
teachers and students.

3. When I apply the plan, I see that everything is ordered, which makes class
flow easier and more convenient.

4. Even though I gave some students the opportunity to submit their

assignments late, only a few took advantage of the opportunity. I gave it so
much thought since I wanted every student to receive credit for this
assignment, yet half of the class did not answer.

What elements in your classroom/remote learning management plan were mostly

followed/complied with?

I have seen that they are extremely cooperative when participating in group
activities. Their production was adequate for seventh graders.

What elements in you plan were the most difficult to implement? Why?

It is the progression or completion of assigned activities or tasks on schedule.

Even with so much consideration, it is difficult to ensure that each student passes
their task. Possibly some individuals experience issues with internet access or any
other cause.

What were your realizations after creating and implementing your classroom / teaching-
learning management plan?

It is the progression or completion of assigned activities or tasks on schedule.

Even with so much consideration, it is difficult to ensure that each student passes
their test. I've observed that some students are genuinely struggling, but they
persevere and find ways to succeed in their online courses. Therefore, as teachers,
we should make greater attempts to assist them, as they are also putting forth their
best effort. Students who work in the classroom and students who work online will
continue to work in the same manner. I did not anticipate this, but I was pleased to
see it occur. No matter the difficulty, students from families that respect education
will overcome it. k. Possibly some individuals experience issues with internet
access or any other cause.

OBSERVE

The problems / challenges I encountered in writing my Classroom Management Plan

I have found that I do not have as much time as I would like to review my students'
papers. My experience in this area isn't enough for me to finish my plan for managing
my classroom.

REFLECT

I hope to achieve to address these problems and challenges by:

taking more risks the following semester. Perhaps I might ask my cooperating teacher for
opportunities to teach or oversee a class.

PLAN

Some strategies/solutions/means that I can employ to improve these situation/ problems

I may ask my cooperating teacher for the opportunity to teach or manage a classroom.
Other than managing a class, I am willing to undertake any work, such as monitoring
student activities by checking their output.

ACT

The possible title of my action research on this episode is:
