PSYCHICAL CHALLENGE

The improve within the sport consistently and very successfully


progressed over the last five semesters. At first getting used to the
exercise cost and schedule performing such activity. Exercise helps and
strengthens your cardiovascular system, our skeletal system , our
muscles and our nervous system up .
The first time was a little tired , very tired ended but now I
have a better performance, my body is used a little more
physical activity. If we make morning sports have a better
performance in the rest of the day for any activity.

Sport improves our quality of life. If we do it properly we


can avoid any chronic or transitory condition. Improves
blood circulation in the body , lowers cholesterol and so I
checked the end of the exercise you have a sense of
relaxation , reduces stress , helps to distract a bit from the
rest of daily activities and Tired do. Exercise can boost
self-confidence and sense of vitality that causes play a
sport regularly.

Taking into account many aspects , according to what I learned along


these semesters the results were very good , there was improvement
in both my physical and mental health as sport helps me relax , distract
and have better performance .
It is important to keep well hydrated before, during and after
any exercise routine. Our body also determines us to where
we are able to withstand the force that requires some
activity, it is important not to exceed the weight or too much
effort when our body no longer supported because it can
cause us harm.
