The improve within the sport consistently and very successfully
progressed over the last five semesters. At first getting used to the exercise cost and schedule performing such activity. Exercise helps and strengthens your cardiovascular system, our skeletal system , our muscles and our nervous system up . The first time was a little tired , very tired ended but now I have a better performance, my body is used a little more physical activity. If we make morning sports have a better performance in the rest of the day for any activity.
Sport improves our quality of life. If we do it properly we
can avoid any chronic or transitory condition. Taking into account many aspects , according to what I learned along
these semesters the results were very good , there was improvement in both my physical and mental health as sport helps me relax , distract and have better performance . Our body also determines us to where we are able to withstand the force that requires some activity, it is important not to exceed the weight or too much effort when our body no longer supported because it can cause us harm.
