There is a time in everyones life that we want to feel better, have more energy, and add
years to our life. The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to
ignore. Everyone can be happy from exercising no matter of age, sex or physical ability.

When we want to improve our muscles, it is better to lift weights. The recovery phase of a workout,
