1. Why did you choose this kind of lifestyle?

Not only can exercise help you feel better, but it will help you look better as
well. Along with eating a healthy diet and utilizing effective stress
management, you can look your best by becoming toned and defined.

What was your turning point that you made realize to engage in physical
activity?

Being able to stayed focus when engaged in everyday life activities is very
important in order for your day to go as planned. By exercising regularly and
eating healthfully, blood flow is improved and your hormones are at
optimum levels, thus increasing your ability to concentrate.

What is your purpose?

When engaging in physical activity, the blood vessels that go to your


muscles dilate, causing an increase in blood flow and oxygen to the working
muscles. This, along with a temporary increase in your metabolic rate,
causes you to feel more energized. This “burst of energy” not only occurs
during exercise, but also after you exercise.

What’s keep you motivated?

You can’t always rely on external factors, such as a vacation, to motivate


you. Defining your “why” for exercise will give you a personal or emotional
investment in your goals. Training for a race or special event can push you
to get out of bed in the morning and get moving. Find an event to train for
that is a few months away. Commit by signing up and paying the entry fee,
then get to work.

What an exercise enthusiast or regular exerciser will tell to a person with no


interest in engaging physical activity?
Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large
chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than
none at all. To reap the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout
your day — take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household
chores. Consistency is key. Need an emotional lift? Or need to blow off some
steam after a stressful day? A gym session or brisk walk can help. Physical
activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling
happier, more relaxed and less anxious.You may also feel better about your
appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your
confidence and improve your self-esteem.

For me, exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical
fitness and overall health and wellness.

What are the benefits of exercise?

Exercise combats health conditions and diseases. Exercise and physical


activity can be enjoyable. They give you a chance to unwind, enjoy the
outdoors or simply engage in activities that make you happy. Physical
activity can also help you connect with family or friends in a fun social
setting.

What are the effects of exercise to the different system of our body?

Exercise strengthens your heart and improves your circulation. The


increased blood flow raises the oxygen levels in your body. The health
benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore.
Everyone benefits from exercise, regardless of age, sex or physical ability.
