Front Cover Image

The name of the artist is Rachel Rebellion
The front cover image will be located against a brick wall, as I plan to cut
out the background and have the cover lines surrounding the image.
The artist will be wearing clothing that will link in with the color scheme
(Red, Black and Grey). The artist will look angry and annoyed as these
emotion hold connotations of rock music. In the image, they will be
holding and guitar and slamming it down onto the ground. The image will
be well lit, so that the artist on the front cover will stand out.

Rock News - Includes up to date news about a variety of different rock
bands.
Reader Feedback - This will allow readers to interacts with the magazine
and air their views about what they would like to see in future issues.
Live show reviews -This will be in the magazine as it would appeal to
people who are not able to attend gigs themselves, so they dont miss out.
Interviews -They will feature exclusive interviews with popular
artists/bands and also new upcoming bands/ artists.

I will have a couple of images of a friend's band performing to represent
one if the features, Live Show Reviews'. I will also use some images of
band merchandise, such as posters, t-shirts and hoodies to represent the
feature, 'Band Merchandise'. I will also have a couple of images of wellknown bands to show the audience some of the artists that are in that
month's poster section.
DPS article
The artist I will interview is a singer, who covers rock songs from the likes
of Green day and My Chemical Romance. They play the guitar and the
drums.
For the main image, I will have a picture of them, against a plain
background, looking straight at the audience, so they feel pressured to
read the article. For secondary images, these will be of the artist playing
their instruments.
