Company Challenges / Issues (tip you can call these as company pain points or fears; this is like your
external and internal business assessment; highlight both general business and IT/IS issues)
Company data/ tables or business process you want to improve/automate (illustrate or discuss why these
tables or data relate to the issues or challenges you stated in # 2; note these data can be in manual or
excel/word format)
Company IT Assessment (hardware, software, SaaS, telecom infra, estimated total amount of IT assets)
IT Strategies/ System Features (what are your suggested IT strategies/hardware/ software to address the
challenges/ issues and support the business objectives; note you have to clearly show how they will
address issues in # 2)
Estimated cost of the proposed system/ list benefits; do a CBA (cost benefit analysis)
