The tropical rainforest is extremely humid
and hot. When you visit make sure you
wear clothes that are light but cover you
because there are a lot of insects.
While visiting you can hike, go kayaking,
ride on lifts to see the entire rainforest
from above!
You can eat the most beautiful and
delicious fruits on earth and drink water
straight from the tree.

Fauna
The Toco Toucan - It has extremely strong
feet to hold itself up on small branches. Two of
its toes point backward and two forward. It also
has a very wide tail that helps it balance on
tree branches.
Golden Lion Tamarin These animals have
extremely strong legs to help them climb. They
are very communal the father and mother help
raise it and older siblings even help when they
come of age.

Flora
Bengal Bamboo This can grow from 40-80
feet tall and 3 inches wide. They flower once
in their life and die right afterwards.IT grows
extremely fast which helps it survive in the tall
canopies of the rainforest.
Strangler Figs Figs bear fruit several times of
the year so they are very important to the
animals in the rainforest. The fig is very
competitive it starts growing very rapidly as a
young seedling and stretches it tendrils out
onto the host tree and grows downwards and
pushes very hard through the soil to ensure
that it gets a place for its roots to grow.
