BISCUITVILLE OPENS FRIST ON-CAMPUS LOCATION AT ELON
Popular Breakfast Chain Founded By Elon Alumnus Returns to its Campus Roots

On Sept. 4, 2013, Elon University is the first campus to welcome Biscuitville to its lineup of oncampus dining options in the brand new Winter Garden Caf inside Lakeside Dining Hall. The
location will feature a new expanded menu with extended dinner hours while continuing to
provide its traditional southern dining options to students and community members alike.

Biscuitville will return to its roots with this new partnership opportunity. Elon alumnus and
Biscuitville founder Maurice Jennings opened two bread stores Burlington, N.C. in 1975 which
became the restaurant chain. Since then Biscuitville has expanded its reach throughout North
Carolina and Virginia in 50 locations.

We are thrilled that Biscuitvilles first on-campus experience is at Elon University, Biscuitville
CEO Burney Jennings said. We praise the values of Elon University as they align with our own

BISCUITVILLE OPENS NEW LOCATION ON ELON UNIVERSITY CAMPUS

The on campus location will operate 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. The menu, which
features traditional breakfast items, will expand to include dinner options including an Angus
burger and grilled chicken sandwich.
