Subject: Claiming warranty service
I purchased water purifier of your company about 8 months before. Till last month, it functioned
satisfactorily but now it choked and not filtering water since past 2-3 weeks. I purchased it from a dealer
named Kishan dhor on 6th june 2013 from Tongi College Gate and my invoice no is 3015. I have remained
4 months warranty. I went for claiming my warranty but that dealer refused it for giving warranty service.
As a reputed company, I think you will take care of that issue
I will appreciate your correcting this problem in your usual prompt manner.
