ACTIVITY
1. Providing a place for the event English Full Day (EFD); The place which should be provided by
logistics division is meeting room in hotel which has capacity about 150 people. Before choosing
the place, logistics division helped by other division went to some hotels in Makassar for sighting.
The hotels which logistics division has visited were Ramayana hotel, Aston hotel, Singgasana hotel,
Agraha Andalas hotel, Grand Pasifik hotel, Boutique hotel, and ArborBiz hotel. ArborBiz hotel was
chosen as a place for this event because beside it has a quiet chip price, it also has good enough
facility for this event. It provided some facilities such as two meeting rooms (inside and outside
room), praying room, dining room, food, LCD, screen, and one room for committee.
2. Preparing some equipments; the equipments which provided are bubble comment, rundown
program sheets, T. Shirt, certificate for (speaker, committee, and participant), participant
registration list, laptop, flyer of sponsor, tray, printer, blue ink, banner, photo booth, marker, double
tip, pointer, camera, EFD stamp, and frame.

3. Helping the treasure to increase the financial; selling cakes and drinks in several region offices in
Makassar.

4. Helping sponsorships division on submitting and following up some proposals to offices and
companies in Makassar.

5. Helping media division on singing in English Corner lived at TVRI.

6. Helping program division on event performing; In this case logistics division oversaw and
supervise the participants who come, started from checking in registration, and then presenting
them at coffee break and lunch room, leading them to the hall to accept the material, and leading
them to praying place.

EVALUATION AND DEFIATION

1. From five members of logistics division only a few members who were active on doing the job
of logistics division so we had to work maximally.
2. After the event finished, there is still retained outfit which is 2 packs of JS mineral water bottle.
3. Finally, we want to give a big thank to other divisions and other parties who already helped
logistics division in carrying our job so far.
