    WEAR YOUR

    DAZZLING TIARA!

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1.
    Ask a grownup for help.
    2.
    Cut along do!ed lines with safety scissors.
    3.
    Punch a hole at each end where shown.
    4.
    Thread ribbon through each hole and tie off.
    5.
    Put on your tiara and tie a bow in back.
    Note: If you printed in black & white, use markers or crayons to decorate!
