Maggie Goreng cili lazat

Ingredients:
4 pkt maggie Goreng Cili Lazat
Ingredient A :

Garlic Finely chopped

2 tbsp

Onion Finely chopped

Maggie goreng cili lazat seasoning

green capsicum - cut into dice

red capsicum cut into dice

In a pot, bring water to boil.


Add in Maggie noodle and cook for 1 minute. Strain and set aside
In a pan, heat oil. Saut ingredient A ang ingredient B until aromatic.
Add ingredient A and ingredient B into the noodle and mix well.
Divided into individual serving and garnish upon serving.

CHICKEN GRILL WITH MAGGIE THAI SOS


Ingredient :
3 pcs

chicken breast, boneless without skin

3tbsp

maggie oyster sos

2 tbsp

brown sugar

Ingredient A :
4 nos

shallots

3 cloves

garlics

2 tbsp

maggie oyster sos

2 tbsp

maggie cili sos

3 tbsp

Maggie thai sos

1 tbsp

brown sugar

1 tsp

oregano herbs

2 tbsp

cooking oil

4 tbsp

water

Garnish :
Spring onion
Frien shallot
Method :
1. In a bowl, marinate chicken breast with maggie oyster sos and brown sugar.
2. Heat cooking oil and grill chicken until thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. To prepare the sauce, heat cooking oil using the same pan saut shallot and galic until aromatic.
Add ingredient A and cook for 3 munite.
4. Serve hot with grilled chicken. Garnish upon serving

In a pot, bring water to boil. Add 1 tbsp cookin oil and 1tsp of Maggie CUKUP RASA.
Blanched all the vegetables for one munite. Set aside and put it into ice water to keep it crunchy.
Blanced the pak choy for 30 second and put it into ice water.
Divided into individual serving and garnish upon serving.
