Creamy Burger Steak

Ingredients:
For the patty:
1 onion, minced
1 tbsp minced garlic
½ kg ground beef
¼ cup minced carrots
¼ cup minced singkamas
6 slices white bread, shredded, soaked in
1 pack NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250ml
1 egg, beaten
1 sachet 8g MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
¼ cup all-purpose flour
cooking oil for frying

For the gravy:


2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup NESTLÉ Fresh Milk
¼ cup NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
pinch MAGGI MAGIC SARAP
1 tsp MAGGI Savor Classic
pepper to taste
½ cup sliced button mushrooms

Procedure:

1. In a big bowl, combine ingredients for burger patty. Mix well to fully incorporate. Set aside in
the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
2. Heat cooking oil. Scoop around ½ cup of meat mixture and form into a patty. Pan fry in hot
oil for 3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved. Transfer on plates lined
with paper towel to drain excess oil. Set aside.
3. Prepare gravy by combining butter and flour on a heavy bottom pan. Thin by pouring
in NESTLÉ Fresh Milk and NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream.  Season with MAGGI MAGIC
SARAP, MAGGI Savor and pepper to taste. Stir in mushrooms. Simmer for 30 seconds.
4. Serve prepared burger patties on top of steamed rice. Drizzle with gravy before serving.
