Creamy and Cheesy Bangus Rolls

Ingredients

EDEN MAYO  

250G BANGUS, DEBONED  

20G CARROTS, FINELY CHOPPED  

30G POTATO, FINELY CHOPPED  

20G CELERY, FINELY CHOPPED  

30G SPRING, FINELY CHOPPED  

20G RAISING, DRIED/ CHOPPED  

2 EGGS, BEATEN  

LUMPIA WRAPPERS  

VEGETABLE OIL  

30G EDEN CHEESE ORIGINAL  

Method:

Fry the bangus with garlic and onion.

Cut the bangus into flakes, then mix with mashed potato and Eden Mayo. Wrap into a lumpia wrapper.

Roll the lumpia on the egg, flour, and breadcrumbs then deep fry. Serve while hot.
Special Maruyang Kamote
Ingredients

2 LARGE YELLOW CAMOTE, PEELED  

1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR  

3 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR  

1 CUP WATER  

1 CUP EDEN CHEESE, GRATED  

1 1/2 CUPS OIL  

5 BANANA LEAVES  

Method:

Cut the camote into strips. Add the sugar and flour to the water and stir until well blended. Mix the camote strips and
flour mixture with a spoon.

Heat the oil in a frying pan or deep pan. Fry battered camote until golden brown.

Mix grated Eden Cheese and sugar on a plate. Roll maruya in the mixture before serving.
