The first BookCrossing action was held at Zespół Szkół in Zbuczyn on June 17, 2014 where many students, both young and old, experienced the thrill of sharing and releasing books at their school. Members of the Comenius Club conducted a promotional campaign during the week prior to explain the event and place posters around the school. On the day of the event, many books were left in a classroom for all students to choose from, and it was enjoyable to see the participants searching eagerly for a new book treasure to take. The organizers thanked all those who participated and hope to release even more books and involve more people in future BookCrossing events.

The first BookCrossing action was held on Tuesday,
June 17, 2014, in Zesp Szk in Zbuczyn. Many younger and older students experienced the thrill of sharing and releasing books at school. For the whole week Comenius Club members conducted the promotional campaign, explaining students what to do and placing the posters and invitations on the school`s boards. On the 17th of June, many books were left in one of the classrooms. Then the most important moment came, when all the students could choose their new books. It was nice to watch all the participants focused on finding their book treasure. We would like to thank each and every bookcrosser who participated in the challenge. Were hoping that next school year well release even more books than this year and let more people know about the bookcrossing, as well as brightening their day with a new, free book.
