This letter serves as my personal recommendation for Ms. Debbie Williams as one of the best candidates for the assistant teacher position in your school. Ms. Williams worked as a part-time instructor during my time as a special education teacher at a residential facility that was staffed with pubic school teachers. The students all had been diagnosed with an emotional disability and many of the students had a learning disability as well. I have personally seen her dedication at work and her passion to deliver education to the students. While a teaching aide under my supervision, Ms. Williams was active in teaching small groups that were in the lower range of intelligence. She would plan appropriate and creative lessons that the students benefited from and thoroughly enjoyed. Aside from her exceptional performance in these tutorial sessions, she also served as a substitute teacher for other classrooms in the residential facility when the need would arise and did an excellent job. Ms. Williams can easily develop a good relationship with different people especially with the different aged students and the teaching staff. She has the qualities of a good teacher with her remarkable work ethics and knowledge in motivating students to bring out their talents. She has excellent communication skills both written and verbal and is reliable, highly organized and has diverse knowledge in computer applications. These qualifications would definitely fit her as an assistant teacher for your school. If you have further questions regarding Ms. Williams qualifications, please feel free to contact me.
