We are delighted to open the call for Officials for the 3rd University Forum of EYP Estonia. The session will take
place from 14th until the 18th of May in the capital of Estonia - Tallinn. This University Forum will be head organised
by the lovely Triin Kaup and presided by the incredible Dorothea Weber (DE).
We are looking for 2 Vice-Presidents, who will not be chairing, at least 8 Chairpersons, 1-2 Editor(s), 1-2 Editorial
Assistant(s) and 8 Journalists. Some of the committees will be chaired alone, therefore please indicate your preference in the application form. Please also note that this preference will be taken as a suggestion. The call will remain
open until the 1st of February 23:59 CET and 5th of February 23:59 CET for Journalists. To apply, complete the application and send it to tallinn2015@ten.ee. The applicants will be individually informed about the outcome of the
selection soon after the deadline. The selection panel will consist of the Head Organiser, the President of the session
and a board member of TEN (EYP Estonia).
The theme of the session is Co-operation and the event will gather around 150 participants from all over Europe.
The programme includes a day of Teambuilding, two and a half days of Committee Work and a day of General Assembly. Officials are kindly asked to arrive one day prior to the session on the 13th of May 12PM. There is no participation fee for Officials, however travel costs will not be reimbursed.
