Dear EYP Alumni,

We are very glad to open the call for the European Forum Weimar, which will be held
August 28 until September 2 in Weimar. Offcials are asked to arrive on the 27th of
August. Travel expenses will be reimbursed up to an amount of 150 .
We will gather 80 Delegates from six European countries celebrating the 20th anni-
versary of the Weimar triangle. We are happy to announce that Monica Bota Moisin
will preside this very special session. But we still need a team of offcials
We are looking for: Chairs, an editor and journos.
Offcials are asked to arrive one days prior to the delegates, namely on 26th of Au-
gust, in order to take part in the Offcials Teambuilding as well as a training for chairs
and journos organised by the board and the editor of the session.
Please send your application form to applications@eyp.de before 3rd of July.
Once the application deadline is over, the offcials will be selected by the Session Pre-
sident Monica Bota Moisin, the Head Organisers Carlo Eckert and Jim Cramer and a
member of the national board . While trying to ensure a reasonable balance in terms
of experience, gender and regional representation, we will take our decision on the
ground of your motivation, chairing potential and your application.
There will be no participation fee for offcials but you will have to cover your travel
expenses.
We are now very much looking forward to your application and will hopefully see you
in Germany soon!
