2. No matter the criteria or system selection, the very concept of a Selection Conference carries with it an element of competition between delegates. What is your take on the competitive side of such sessions and how do you handle it accordingly (300 words max) Vice-Presidents What would you say is the key of successful chairs team? (200 words max)

The panel will consist of the President of the session and the Head-Organiser of the session. Please note that the panel aims to select a balanced team with regards to experience, nationality, and gender. A failure to be selected is thus by no means a reflection of your talent or ability.
