Business, R/o. Tellapur Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal, Medak District (Borrower)
have received sum of Rs._____________/- (Rupees ______________________ only) by
cash from Sri. MALLAPURAM MANIK REDDY, S/o. Narayan Reddy, aged about 37 years,
Occ: Business, residing at H.No.25-36/5/2B, Mallikarjuna Nagar, Ramachandrapuram,
Medak District, A.P. (Lender) towards loan for the purpose of my family needs with the
condition of repayment of the same will be settled as follows:
That Kanapuram Narender Reddy others (i.e. Patimidi Ramulu, S/o. Chandraiah and
Mallepalli Malla Reddy, S/o. Shankar Reddy) having plot bearing No.______ in
Sy.No._____ at Ashok Nagar, Ramachandrapuram, Medak District in partnership.
Kannapuram Narender Reddy and others have given this plot for development to a
builders. After completion of construction part share of Kanapuram Narender Reddy
payment will be transferred or convey to in favour of Mallapuram Manik Reddy towards part
loan settlement. Balance amount will be settled on mutual concern.
