Breach of Trust, by Bacchanagari Pavan Kumr, S/o. Bacchanagari Shankar
and Komma Siva Prasd Reddy, S/o. Komma Maheswar Reddy, And
Bacchanagari Saroja, W/o. Bacchanagari Shankar request to enquire into the
matter and take necessary action – Reg.

I, Vemula Vemana Kalyan, S/o V.Lakshumaiah, aged about 27 years, Working as

Branch Recovery Manager in M/s. Shriram Finance Ltd.,# D.No.4/10/338-1-1, 1st Floor,
Bypass Road, Beside Naik Hospital, Y.S. Pallireddy Nagar Pulivendula Kadapa
District, would like to bring to your kind notice of the following:

Our company is company registered under Companies Act, 1956 and doing finance
in commercial vehicles having branches throughout India, Running through out various
Branch Offices. One such Branch Office is established at Pulivendula, I am authorized
person to represent the company at Pulivendula Branch.

One Mr. Bacchanagari Pavan Kumr, S/o. Bacchanagari Shankar, Aged about 22
years, D.No.3-1A, Kasanur Village, Simhadaripuram Mandal of Kadapa Dist, approached
us and sought financial assistance for purchase of Hyundai (PVT CAAR) Vide Vehicle
Registration No. AP40D1713 Engine No.PY3029D739730, Chasis No.1PY5042DEPA036676.
Our company lent financial assistance of Rs.640000/- with an agreement value of
Rs.813682/- which is repayable in 36 monthly installments, for which Mr. Kalluru
Leelavathi has entered into a Loan cum Hypothication agreement on 29-06-2023 with our
company and Komma Siva Prasd Reddy, S/o. Komma Maheswar Reddy Aged about 32
years, D/No.3-22, devathapuram, Jangam Reddy Palle Village, Simhadaripuram Mandal of
Kadapa Dist, and Bacchanagari Saroja, W/o. Bacchanagari Shankar, Aged about 42 years,
D.No.3-1A, Kasanur Village, Simhadaripuram Mandal of Kadapa Dist stood as a guarantors
to the Loan cum Hypothication agreement.
 Mr. Bacchanagari Pavan Kumr has not paid any amount towards the Loan
installments and thereafter he did not paid the loan installments and become chronic
defaulter. In spite of several demands made by our company, Mr. Kalluru Leelavathi did
not pay the loan amount.

Mr. Bacchanagari Pavan Kumr and Komma Siva Prasd Reddy, And Bacchanagari
Saroja there are intentionally evading the payment of loan amount and screened the
vehicle and obstructing the company from realizing the loan amount. The staff of the
company also requested there are Mr. Bacchanagari Pavan Kumr and Komma Siva Prasd
Reddy, And Bacchanagari Saroja to clear the loan amount or to produce the vehicle. But
they threatened the staff of the company, behaved high handedly and kept the vehicle
beyond the reach of staff of the company.

Mr. Bacchanagari Pavan Kumr and Komma Siva Prasd Reddy, And Bacchanagari
Saroja having entered in to an agreement and purchased the vehicle with the finance
arranged by our company, is bound to produce the vehicle whenever the company
demands for production and till the loan amount is cleared the company will have all rights
over the hypothecated vehicle.

Mr. Bacchanagari Pavan Kumr and Komma Siva Prasd Reddy, And Bacchanagari
Saroja there are dishonestly misappropriated and converted the vehicle for their wrongful
gain. Further there are entrusted with the vehicle and dominion over the vehicle in the
business and they have dishonestly and fraudulently removed and concealed the
hypothecated vehicle to prevent the realization of the loan amount.

Hence, we kindly request you to take necessary penal action against Mr.
Bacchanagari Pavan Kumr and Komma Siva Prasd Reddy, And Bacchanagari Saroja.
