Use of children in advertisements

Introduction:
Children and advertising together is a very effective plan in promoting
different products in the advertising community, a corporation or a
production could earn a lot by this fusion. Nowadays, many children are
being exposed in the field of advertising. A famous child star known as Aling
Maliit is one of the best examples of how children are used in advertising.
Ryzza Mae Dizon has many commercials in television, such as Tang, El Real,
Minola, Mega Sardines, and many more. Ryzza, along with other child stars
and endorsers, managed their commercials very well but are they getting
their rights? Being part of the advertising world is very difficult in terms of
time management because of the fact that these kids are young and they
have to balance their time for education, for shooting endorsement deals,
and for enjoying their days as kids through playing and having fun. Do these
young endorsers get their earned money properly? A new revision of Ad
Standard Council article III section two is here to guide us. Based on Article III
Section two, Children shall not be presented as being in contact with, or
demonstrating a product, recognized as potentially dangerous to them.
Advertising materials depicting or describing acts that would likely tend to
harm is prohibited. And also No child shall be used, directly or indirectly, in
advertisements of gambling, gaming institutions or games of chance. The
researcher would like to add more guides about protecting these children to
those abusive people in the field. Basically, article III Section two has two
guides the researcher would like to put about money. Children should have a
certificate to protect their money. The money that the child earned should
put into his/her savings not to his/her gurdian, as long as the child does not
reach eight-teen years old the money will be secured into the bank but there
will be percentage of saving the money, seventy percent will be saved while
the remaining thirty percent will be to the childs gurdian.
