ESD
Total plant and wells shut down due to HHP on 1st stage condensate stabilizer as a result of
complete opening the condensate outlet from the slug catcher LCV 5013 which increase the 1st
stage condensate stabilizer pressure up to 19 bars and shut down.

The level transmitter is not working probably , so dont depend on this level value it is not true ,
always open the control manually on opening more than 10% to avoid condensate HHL alarm.

NSG wells
NSG wells are subjected to the PIG launcher line, in case the flow line pressure increased and the
HIPPS not closed then the safety valve on PIG launcher are opened and vent this pressure excess
98.5 bars on atmosphere

MEG tank Level

Meg tank level is less than 36 cm and we are in need to fill the tank, so we reduced the pump
strokes to 43 stroke/hr.

Pumps on automatic mode

Water degaser pump, accumulator pump, and condenser fans are working automatically depend
on level ranges and DCS control them automatically as a logic process. At the end of report.

WHCP
All wells are on automatic mode except SSG1-2 well on manual, and all chemical pumps are
working except SSG1-2.

SSG 1-2
On 14/1 the FLP was suddenly reduced to 80 bars and the well head pressure also reduced about
10 bars and the FLT increased with water production increasing on produced water tanks on CTP
to higher values first day water production was 290 BBL/day and yesterday produced water WAS
240 bbl. /day. Observe this levels frequently.

HIPPS
During the ESD of the CTP, Well SSG 1-1 HIPPS was not closed and the FLP reached 135 bars without
HIPPS sense today all the HIPPS on all wells were actuated to 97 bars and oil levels were checked
and HIPPS on operation.
