Colombia is a rich country in natural resources, however it`s poor in
organizational culture. Throughout Colombian history, people have experienced lived in a war cause by natural resources administration control, which has leftleaving (dejando) communities and territories as victims. Colombia mining is a strategic sector for his development. In a race without control or clear rules, this activity makes pending in the territory, dragging many problems on society, the environment, welfare and health of people. Mining in Colombia is richness for exploiters, but it means the death forof natural resources and for their nearby communities because it generates deforestation dangers and pollution; for example, the wastes of the mining contaminate the water, affecting the nearby forest. On the other hand, most negative impacts of mining in Colombia are directly related, without exception, with the prevailing poverty in much of the mining areas of the country., tThe nearby communities have appalling conditions of life because the pollution affects directly his health.
