Theme
The theme of my advert is going to be relaxed everyday casual wear

Schedule
(14th January 2015) have the photographs of the location recce.
(29rd January 2015) have the photographs with the models featured in them.
(4th February 2015) have the final photos edited

Legal and ethical
Trespass
Trespassing is being on land that you do not have permission to be on from the land
owner. Trespassing is only an offence if you have damaged the land or they have
used threatening or abusive language towards the occupiers family employees or
agents and if they have 6 or more vehicles on the land.

Intellectual property rights

Copyright is a law to protect peoples work so that none else can copy their idea. The
campaign will have to be checked that it is not copying any of the slogans, logos and
photography. However I will be taking all of the photographs. So the photographs will
not be copyright.
