2. Define what is globalization

3. What metaphors are you going to use in order to improve your own definition of globalization?
Enumerate at least three and explain one of them.

Globalization is continuous advancement of the world: Through the globalization we can

see the advance of the country through the economics and politics of different countries. And
through globalization we can help other countries.

Globalization is the vein of existence of poor countries: I can argue that globalization is the
artery of the developing world. Even if it has positive effects, certain developing nations,
particularly those in the third world, have not been given the chance to advance in the global
economy. Due to the fact that the poor are not always included in the benefits of trade, several
research indicate that globalization has been linked to increased inequality. The trade in coffee
is an illustration of this. Despite being the second-most traded commodity in the world, the
majority of coffee growers only receive 10% of the final sale price. Yet, trade may help the
world's poorest people when farmers have access to capital, technical expertise, and social
safety nets like income support.

Globalization is the ocean of opportunities for rich: The wealthy nations always reap the
rewards of globalization since they have greater options for trade in goods and other goods.
