- Globalization has an impact on the music industry. The music industry can now distribute
many kinds of music across the world. In the past, we can only listen to other countries' music by
purchasing and rented some disc, and we cannot see the artist unless we go to their country and
watch them performing live. But in today's economy, music know is all over the world. We can
watch and listen to the different kinds and genres of music local and international. We can also
watch and see the artist performing and singing even though we are not physically watching them.
For some artists and performers, due to globalization, it became a great platform to showcase their
talent to many people to give happiness and love to them. At the same time, due to the
advancement of the digital world with some streaming devices such as tablets, phones, computers,
and other similar devices and the power of the internet. People now can listen to all music from

a. Melting Pot
- Melting pot is a metaphor that describes a society or country where
many different types of people blend as one. We all know that
globalization is a process of interaction among people and businesses of
different countries. I used the metaphor melting pot because
globalization creates an opportunity among people to interact with
others even if they are different in culture, race, and religion. And
despite their differences, they manage to live together as one nation.
b. Keep your eyes peeled
- Globalization is helpful in today’s economy. However, it also harms our
society. Keep your eyes peeled, it is a metaphor that can also be
described, as globalization because of some issues that come in our
society everyone should o be aware and be vigilant to all the issues in
our society.
c. Education is a passport to new worlds.
- Because of globalization, many people, especially children are given a
