and employment.
1. Professional service, such as banking and IT services have been precursors in
establishing global delivery models.
2. Trade transactions include both goods (tangible products that are physically
shipped) and services (intangible commodities, such as tourism and financial
services).

ü Technology
It's easy to argue that technology is a vehicle to globalization. The ability to
access mountains of information online has opened countless doors. Here are
some examples of globalization, brought to us by the gift of technology:
1. Internet is a major contributor to globalization, not only technologically but
in other areas as well, like the cultural exchanges of art. Consider how we
can enroll in online educational programs from anywhere in the world and
access new information on virtually any topic.
2. Cell phones connect people all over the world like never before. There are a
multitude of platforms through which people can communicate too,
including Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Snapchat.

ü Investments
Investment globalization is part of the growing trend toward globalization in all
sectors.
1. Globalization Increases International Investing. Over time, these practices
result in increased cultural similarities between countries and increasingly
connected economies that have more mutual interests and challenges.
Globalization and international investment are tied together and lead into
one another as companies act internationally by increasing their
international investment out of mutual interest and the need to stay
internationally competitive.
 2. Globalization has influenced international investing, making it easier than
ever before, historically, for market participants to invest in companies,
industries, or other financial instruments abroad.

ü Information
The globalization of information, facilitated by the Internet, has significant
implications for intellectual property regimes domestically and internationally.
1. Google. Google’s primary mission was to expand its global portfolio. In doing
so, the tech giant was able to discover, fund, and use world-changing tools
like the ones provided by unicorns such as Nest and Uber.  
2. Global news networks like CNN, contribute to the spread of knowledge.
Worldwide news is reported almost instantly, if not via live broadcast, then
through continual updates to online news outlets.

Nowadays, globalization is an accepted feature of the modern world

but, most of us do not know the advantages that it brings to our daily lives, such as convenient
access to several different cuisines or new technology produced by countries across the world.
It brings us knowledge and information in every part of the world. In both developed and
emerging economies, globalization has been a significant force for the spreading of modern
technology and creating new economic opportunities for labor.

One of the greatest contributions of globalization in the contemporary or modern world is the
spread of new and innovative technologies that makes us easily communicate with other
people all over the world. Innovative technology like smartphones connects people all over the
world like never before. There is a multitude of platforms through which people can
communicate too, including Facebook and Messenger where we can easily communicate and
get in contact with our relatives. Also, it is a great help to all entrepreneurs having overseas
businesses that can reach out to their suppliers, buyers, investors, and employees conveniently
and efficiently. In conclusion, globalization is the interconnectedness of people and businesses
in the world.
