    This book is all about war time also to some
    school time in 1917 in the trenches of France,
    miles away from home, Stanley is a boy fighting
    a mans war. He is a dog handler, whose dog
    must be loyal that he will cross no - mans- land
    alone under heavy fire to return to Stanleys side,
    carrying a message that could save countless
    lives. But this journey is fraught escalates and
    Stanley experiences the true horror of the war,
    he comes to realize that the loyalty of his dog is
    the only thing he can rely on...
    This book is good for 9 - adult because when you
    are this age you might need to know about the
    war time with this book or any other book about
    the war time and how it was like in those days.
    This is true, faithful and brave even to the last
    beat of his heart. Adults might want to fight for
    our country and young children when they are
    older might do the same to. I would rate this
    book a 3 star book because I am not into the war
    time and this book could be gory to some
    screamish people like me.
