Work experience:
January 2014 current
Bloom Studio Middlesbrough, Teesside University
Generalist Internship/Freelance VFX/CGI Artist
My role was to support the film production and prepare scenes up for the final edit. By that I mean I had
to be fast and efficient with a high grade of quality. I completed a number of projects on my own initiative
and worked closely with the team to meet the directors directions to a high standard and to his
satisfaction. I learned how to be flexible and transfer my skills between tasks and develop my own
techniques to work with the challenging scenes.
November 2010 October 2011 Film Production Agent X. - Platform Arts Middleborough,
Volunteer Puppet Animator
I volunteered for a film production by an independent director for a speculative movie. Not published yet.
My tasks were animating/puppetering a set of characters about 30cm high. We were trained to move the
rig according to a metronome in a slow motion within a team of 2-4 people at once. Where one person
animated the torso whiles the others the limps or head. Sometimes one person animated both hands
and head; combined with a special rig setup. We wore green morph suits for the purpose of removing us
from the shot in the digital compositing process. I was praised for my accurate and creative ideas for the
choreography while we continued developing the animation style and creating new rigs. This made us to
animate the puppets in a fast and efficient manner.
June 2007 September 2009
Ocado Ltd. - Hatfield, England
Warehouse Operative
As a warehouse operative I was collecting items and putting them into baskets using a bar code scanner
where I had a target to meet daily. I worked in cold (-18 Celsius), chilled (0 Celsius) and warm
warehouse environments. I wore special warm uniforms in the freeze departments and used special dry
ice gloves to pack the dry ice into boxes with the product to keep it fresh and maintain a constant quality
check on the product. Later on I was promoted to be an ISTM (Inventory System Team Manager), I was
responsible for checks on stock and fixing any issues in the system using the WMS operating system.

Personal:
I have multiple talents in VFX, CGI, film and electronics. I personally want to direct and create
my own film style. As I worked in groups I was mostly the team leader because I had the most
experience. There were occasions where I'd have to be faced with setbacks due to either lack of
resources or other constraints, all of which I managed to overcome opting for alternative solutions,
saving both time and money while still ending up with the desirable outcome. My research and
resourceful skills have made me stand out of the crowd; I have managed to expand on my technical
skills so I could more precisely use my expertise to create something with increased efficiency and
quality. During my time at Teesside University I was part of the Film Production Society and Music

Society. My roles range from director, producer, lighting technician, camera man, script writer, digital
compositing, VFX, acting to any of the roles that fit me. For the Music Society I was the official gig
photographer and filmmaker. This means I have on-set experience and I understand each roles duty. I
am a detail oriented person with a keen eye for aesthetics and styles. My best skill is the ability to
understand and learn any software and technique fast. This because I am technically and
mathematically oriented. I am advantageous in solving problems or challenges. Willing to relocate
abroad.
