Identification
Please be sure that you
or anyone else picking
up your child has their ID
on them when picking up
your children. If a staf
member does not know
who someone is they will
ask to see ID before
allowing your child to
go. This is for your
childs safety!

Parent Reminders:

Outside:Children need warm

clothing for outside. We go
out everyday! Please send
hats, gloves, boots and snow
pants. Also, please be sure to
have all of your childs
belongings labeled.

DROP OFF: Be sure you come

in the room and a teacher
sees you when you drop your
child of!
Also be sure to
sign your child in when
dropping them of. This is for
the safety of your child!

There are 3 boards outside

room 16 that has your childs
names on them. When picking
up your child, look at the
boards and find your childs
name. Below the names is a
list of times and where that
group is at that time. This will
help you figure out where your
child is! Please look at these
boards daily at pick up. Also be
sure to sign your child out and
check their family folders.
*PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR
CHILD HAS CONTACT WITH A
TEACHER BEFORE LEAVING.

Valentine Parties:
Our Bumblebees, Penguins,
Frogs and Monkeys will have
their Valentine Parties on
Friday, February 13th from
10:30-12:30.
We will have
crafts and games then follow
up with pizza for lunch. The
B/A
will
celebrate

SCHEDULES:
All schedules are Due on
the 15th of the month
prior. EVERYONE must fill
out a schedule.
Any schedules turned in
after the 15th will incur a
$5.00 a day late charge!
BILLING:
ALL Payments are Due by
the 1st of the month.
Any late payments will incur
a $5.00 a day late charge!

SUMMERREGISTRATION!
Summer registration forms
will be available April 13th.
Anyone attending in the
summer will need to register.
The registration fee is $15
for 1 child or $20 for 2 or
more, if you register by May
8th. The price goes up after
the 8th. Also anyone who
registers by May 8th and
attends all summer will get
the registration fee credited
back to their account in
August.

NEW CENTER POLICY FOR B/A SCHOOL!

Beginning February 2nd we will start
enforcing a new policy. This policy is a No
Show Policy.
If a child is scheduled to attend the Kenowa
Hills After School Program, they do not show up
and we have not been notified of this change by
telephone or email by 3:00 p.m. then a $5 fee
will be added to your bill. K.H. Before and After
School Programs number is 292-5180, please
leave a voicemail if there is no answer. Please
be sure to put this number somewhere
convenient and accessible. For email contact,

There will be NO exceptions to this

policy, so please be sure you have a copy
of your childs schedule and that you
notify us in time.
*The school DOES NOT notify us if your
child was sick! It is your responsibility to
