Trade Mark one Seminar

In next weeks trade mark seminar, the main activity will be the moot court.
You have been given one of the IPOs trade mark decisions (follow the link
http://www.ipo.gov.uk/t-challenge-decision-results/o02415.pdf ). Suppose the
decision did not exist and the dispute will need to be decided in court. Together
with your team members, you are going to represent of the parties (the group
name list will be publicised in the seminar) before the court. Read the decision
before coming for the seminar next Monday and make sure you fully
understand the relevant facts and law. During the seminar, you will have 10
minutes to meet your team members and discuss the strategy of presentation
and debate. The structure of the mooting for each case is as follows:

10 minutes team meeting

Party A: brief the class about the main facts of the case (2 minute)

3.

Party A: present your argument before the class (10 minutes)

4.

Party B: present your argument before the class (10 minutes)

5.

Debate (15 minutes)

6.
