Bad Experiences
A McDonalds that has no garbage cans outside for their customers. When ask, was told
they remodeled few months ago and never put in. (hygiene issues)
The egg in my egg mcmuffin were not well cooked and a double cheeseburger with a bite
already taken out of it. (not well prepared meal)
I once had to go to a certain fast food restaurant and order 5 sandwiches, they gave me 2
only. (not following a proper employ ethic)
Once I went to a counter to order my meal , there I encountered a situation that an employ
who was preparing a meal for a customer, were having a terrible cold. (hygiene issues).
Once there were situation where, the fast food restaurant were operating with only one
counter out of 4 counters which had 10 to 15 people queuing at that time. (time
consuming)

Solution

(* every fast food restaurant have its own employ working ethic)

The employee need to follow all proper working ethic which will by double
enquiry the ordered meal of the customer.
Every day the management of the restaurant need to monitor on the employees
working manner and well doing.
The building inspector need to have inspection every week on those buildings
which have problem whish may lead to customer discomfort.
In order to manage the cleanness of the surroundings and the health of the
customers, the management need to appoint a health group among the employees
just to manage the cleanness.
